We will sing about darkness, about light, about the love in our hearts and the connection to Life and Nature. We will warm ourselves by the fire of our tribe’s beautiful voices.
When it’s dark, we’ll light the Abalone Altar outside and revel in the gleam of our Mother’s Beauty. We’ll end in silence and (weather permitting) walk out on a path lit with luminaria and starlight.
We welcome singers of all backgrounds, genders and experience.
Renowned vocal activist Melanie DeMore transforms the raw energy of human beings into flowing rhythms and self empowering awareness, with a sweet top note of humor and not taking oneself too seriously. Her effervescent playfulness reminds us to lighten up, step “out the way” and let our spirits do their dance.
“… there is only one woman on this Planet who’s voice is as deep, resonant, mesmerizing, comforting, and downright jaw-dropping in its power and sensuality as hers is.” www.melaniedemore.com
* Melanie recently moved to New York – don’t miss this rare opportunity to sing with her on the West Coast!
